In 2024, Harmony Communities developed a Master Lease with Elmwood Lakes and DTN Management for apartments for 6 residents.  That number has grown to 8 individuals residing in one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with gentle oversite from a Resident Assistant living in the development. These individuals are expected to take care of their own apartments, manage their own medications, fix their own meals, and plan their own transportation to work and community activities.

In 2025, Harmony Communities developed a Master Lease with BVW Property Management and Hudsonville Flats for 8 residents to live in one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with gentle oversite from a Resident Assistant living in the building.  Just like the residents at Elmwood Lakes, these individuals are expected to take care of their own apartments, manage their own medications, fix their own meals, and plan their own transportation to work and community activities.
